Having spoken to Fechine Mitchel this morning after your phone call to us he is happy with the dates as stated below:

Commencement 29^th May

Completion 01^st September.

But If there were any client led delays ( delivery of client specified items for example ) that is not a Contractors delay.

We are visiting Calla :

Tuesday June 11^th and staying to 16^th June.

We will be able to discuss details plus colour schemes

It will be exciting to see the progress.

Ob das wirklich zu machen ist und wir am 1. September einziehen können, das wage ich - angesichts der bisherigen Erfahrungen - zu bezweiflen.
